The man in the Cenarth waterfall parking lot directed us to Caws Cenarth Ffarm, just as we had hoped. And although the farm is normally closed on Sundays, Carwyn gave us a very interesting tour, and we sampled some tasty cheeses that he had made. Carolyn has milk goats at home and makes a variety of cheeses herself, so she was very interested in the process here.
